  Extremely disappointed. My car was involved in an accident with their insured client. My car should have gotten fixed, but still came back with problems from the accident. The car literally broke just a couple minutes after we got it from the shop. I got the opinion of a second professional who attested that the issues with my car were accident-related, but they won’t admit that and don’t want to cover the costs for making it right. We were treated like we were trying to take advantage of the situation. They never answer the phone and take forever to answer us. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend their services to anyone.
