  Unfair and Discriminatory Hiring Practices I applied for a position with this company that perfectly matched my experience and qualifications. However, shortly after completing the application, I received an automated rejection email stating that I was not selected — without any interview or follow-up. The timing and wording strongly suggest that my application was dismissed based on bias rather than merit. This experience was deeply disappointing and felt discriminatory. Companies should evaluate candidates based on skills and qualifications, not personal background. I hope they review their hiring process to ensure fair and equal treatment for all applicants.

  Eliott is more than just an insurance provider. He is family. He has gone above and beyond for us and is always willing to answer any questions we have at any time. It’s not every day you get to have such a good connection with your insurance person, but Sean and I will be forever grateful that we do!

  Elliot has been nothing short of amazing. My wife led the charge on switching our business, rentals, and personal insurance over to Elliot. He treated her with the utmost respect the whole time which won me over. Apart from giving my wife excellent treatment, he answered every question, found gaps in our coverage, showcased his knowledge on how insurance is changing, and all around made us finally feel secure. The whole point of having insurance is to know your covered when excrement hits the fan. Elliot is a rare breed in making sure you’re protected. Out of the 7-8 agents We’ve interviewed or wasted time on in our lifetime, Elliot is a true keeper and master at what he does!
