  I don't even know where to start with this review . The knowledge of this agent regarding coverages and keeping my family safe is unmatched . I previously had a friend covering my insurance needs , after a meeting with Courtney I was shown how poorly I was covered with my previous policies . She took the time to go over everything my business and auto policies would need to make sure I am protected in any situation . This company is about so much more than just prices , they really make you feel like you are part of a team that wont let you down when you need them most .

  I not only trust this insurance company with my personal coverage, I’m proud to be part of their team. What sets them apart is something you rarely find in the industry anymore: real, human service. Most insurance companies these days don’t even answer the phone, let alone take the time to walk you through your policy or explain your options. But this team is different. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about doing what’s right for each client. Whether it’s answering questions, reviewing coverage, or helping during a claim, they make sure you’re supported every step of the way. I’ve experienced it as both a customer and a team member, and I can confidently say that if you’re looking for insurance from people who actually care, who actually answer the phone, and who treat you like more than just a policy number... then this is the company you want on your side.

  Talked to someone named Trent Deveraux at this location. Made an inquiry about auto and home owners insurance pricing. He sent me quotes with no detail to speak of and never got back to me on some adjustments I requested. This isn’t how I do business; I can’t ever work with Farm Bureau insurance because of this.
