- TSTerri SmithMay 29, 20251.0I made an appointment almost 2 weeks ago for a quote of supplement coverage for a family member who moved here from Arizona. Walked in and was told they would run quotes a get back with me that same day. Never heard anything. Called the following three days for follow ups and was told systems were down and I would here something when they came up. Never and still have not heard back from them. 10 days later!! Called Nick at Hoffman got an appt and have a new plan for my family member one hour later. I worked in the insurance industry for over 28 years and this is diffinately an example of poor customer service.
