Payed for add insured for 1 1/2 years for a business I didn’t even work for. Asked for it to be removed over a half dozen times. Asked for a homeowners quote 3 different times.amd no help. I payed an extra $15 a month for 18 months for insurance I didn’t need. Asked to cancel my business insurance effective through my last payment. She said she would go ahead and cancel that day meaning I would have a lapse in coverage. Worst insurance agent ever. Once they get your money they will be of no help whatsoever. Walk on by.
