- CCCindy CruzOct 17, 20231.0I really thought this agency would've been great specially with how patient the agent was with me. Only to later find out the lack of transparency and lies. They have no integrity and honor for a new client. I made them aware of several things and emailed concerns and was assured it was fine. Several days later my premium goes up. Not once but twice, on things that I previously mentioned to them. It's all a scam to just screw me over. The lack of compassion and knowledge is just ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this agency at all.
