  They are very hard to get a hold of and are very slow to help get things going with the work I needed. They would go days not responding to my texts and not repsond to texts during there hours either. It took me 10 weeks to get to the point to schedule an appointment and then 2 weeks to get a date finally set up (also bc they would not respond to texts or emails) it was very frustrating and should not have taken 12 weeks to take a 1 hour assessment!! Then it takes 2 weeks for results, which is expected. Then I have to take 2 more assessments an no one told me until I got my results 4 weeks later! (2 weeks for results, but then doctor was nit in the office and apparently no one else could help me). They had a new scheduling system, which did not work for a couple days, then I had my assessment scheduled and done again and the results almost 3 weeks later... I don't know why it took 18 weeks to get this all done! Kind of ridiculous. :/ I have requested for notes, but they have not repsond after reaching out a few times in the last 2 weeks since the results came in.. I wish they were more functional in the process and were better at getting things done that I needed and reaching out better. Otherwise they are nice people.
