  Dr. Aisha Jamal examines you through the lens of her own implicit biases and is dismissive and condescending. She conducted a poor medical evaluation that made me feel unheard, unseen, and heavily judged. It’s also the first time I have been to a provider in all my life where they didn’t listen to my heart and lungs. She seemed grossed out to touch me when she evaluated weakness in my legs. I’ll never see her again. I have more to say but truly felt the need to warn others about her care. I’ve never encountered a more judgmental person. Dr. Hinkle and Dr. Farmer are actual angels and I’ll continue to come to this practice for them. 5/5 stars for them and highly recommend!!!

  I would avoid this office if possible. After being a patient for several years, and after being treated terribly at my last visit a month ago, I found a new doctor. I feel like FPA did not take my concerns/issue seriously and after meeting with a new doctor office, that confirmed my suspension. It is also my opinion that I was treated more like an opportunity to bill my insurance rather than a patient, and that is a disgusting feeling. please take this into consideration when selecting your next family doctor.

  I went in for my routine physical and needed some papers filled out for nursing school. NP Criswell was very thorough with getting the correct lab tests done for fertility questions. She followed through after my lab work came back and sent messages on the FollowMyHealth app. She knows what she’s talking about and I recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP. I felt listened to and she knew the medical jargon, I definitely recommend giving her a visit for any issue ❤️
