We needed a new pump for our pool, gave them all of the information and their professional ordered and sold us an above ground pool pump that was no where near the rating we needed for our inground pool. When we took the pump back they admitted it was their mistake but would only refund us 50% of the almost $1200 we paid because we hooked it up. Mistakes happen, we understand that but they could have at least made an effort to make it right.
