  Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The re-design of the main house a/c and ducts AND the new garage split unit look great and are much more efficient. Technicians were extremely friendly and respectful of the house. Very clean throughout with a great clean up after too. Overall, very good experience.

  Exceptionally responsive - we were in a pinch over the weekend as the air handler was leaking water into the attic. Kristian came over on schedule on Sunday AM. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the issue and provided suggestions to help mitigate in the future.. Great job Kristian!

  Kristian was extremely professional and found out the problem right away. He was very polite as well. He also assured me that someone will come out and do the cleaning of the Filters next week. He also let me know there would not be a charge for today because it had been less than a year that I had purchased the air conditioner.

  I can't say enough good things about Family Air Conditioning! When you call for service you always get a friendly, knowledgeable person answering the phone. Most of the time I get service the same day or next day. My service technician today was a fantastic guy named Elvis. I was so impressed with his friendly, knowledgeable and professional demeanor. My reason for calling was water leaking onto my air filter. Elvis checked out the whole system. He established that the A/C coil was dirty and plugged up. He really took his time cleaning the coil and washing away the debris. The coil was spotless when when he finished the job. Don't hesitate calling Family Air. You won't be disappointed.

  Family time was very responsive from getting ahold of a representative to getting someone out as soon as possible within an hour of me calling with our ac problem!! The technician Josh with family time air conditioning reached out and coordinated with me on his availability to get here as fast as he could and address our issues , upon arrival he greeted me with a handshake and got right to work trying to diagnose the problem, Josh was very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough with explaining and trouble shooting the problem and working to find our replacement part that we need for our ac to be running 100% , me, my wife and our 1month old premature baby want to thank family time air conditioning and their hard worker Josh and all other staff for their hard work especially on a Sunday afternoon!!
