  The place is currently a mess on the outside because they are doing construction. The rooms are very dated.

  Great hotel. I can't think of anything negative about our experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  My wife has had a timeshare here for around 30 years. We stay here occasionally, maybe once or twice a year. The building is getting old but the rooms have been updated over the years and are nice. The hot tubs are still the same and have had the same issues for decades. We complain every visit but they stay the same. One tub has way too many bubbles, jets are too powerful. And the other barely any bubbles, no pressure. The staff are pretty much hands off since it's a timeshare place, what you get is what you get.

  Rafael was wonderful at the front desk. Even with the construction happening he made our stay great.
