  I was not pleased. I asked for more hairs. I was told. Wait until the touch up. Oh so I can look stupid in the meantime and then line your pockets some more. They are two different shapes. I am just so disappointed. I didn’t feel like I should have to pay any more money after I dropped $550. I ended up with template eyebrows that I can color in. Cause that is what I have to do until I find someone who can do them properly. If my customer wasn’t happy. I would do anything in my power to not receive a bad review and rectify it. I waited 2 months to write this debating should I shouldn’t I. I just want to save someone the headache. Really look at the portfolio before you commit to this place. Funny thing. I never saw mine on the page. Cause they looked awful. I refused to go back and pay more money when she didn’t listen the first time. When I would bring something up to her, she would just say oh we’ll wait till the touch up. At this point I feel like I’m getting swindled like do you do a shitty job in the beginning so you guarantee that touch up money? I never woke up so mad….

  Megan did my eyebrows recently and did an absolutely phenomenal job! She was kind, professional and patient with me (as I asked quite a few questions). Throughout my time at the salon, she made me feel super comfortable and welcomed! I cannot wait to go back soon for additional services she spoke to me about!

  Everything about this place and NICOLE is amazing. I became addicted with my first visit. Nicole is such an artist and takes pride in her artwork on your face. My Brows, eyeliner, and lip tint looks so natural and beautiful I couldn't be happier. She has such a sweet personality and discusses in detail your options, outcome and what to expect. You get exactly what you want. A+
