  I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I understand noise can travel in an apartment complex but that’s just how they all are. Although, I will say the people who were throwing loud ridiculous parties all days of the week have gone quiet so that’s been nice. I have lived here for 2 years now and I like this place, the view and nature are awesome, the parking isn’t too bad, it can get iffy in summer sometimes but I never have trouble finding a spot, maintenance is quick and they’re super nice people, and the style of the apartment is nice. My only real issue would be the fact the bathroom doesn’t have a fan, I feel like it’s a recipe for mold and I’ve never seen a bathroom without a fan, I hate it. Otherwise, this place is great and I like it here!

  I finally moved out of this place. In short, the apartment itself is fine, but your quality of life entirely depends on your neighbors. I lived here for two years. During the first year, both my upstairs and next-door neighbors were quiet — I hardly heard a sound, so I renew my lease for another year. However, everything changed when new neighbors moved in. The upstairs neighbor frequently played loud music for hours — I could even make out the exact songs — and often made heavy stomping noises and sounds like moving furniture, even in the middle of the night. My next-door neighbors were even worse. Living in a 3-bedroom unit, they constantly had friends over and threw loud parties nearly every day. I endured loud conversations, laughter, blaring TVs, and constant door slamming at all hours. They also talked loudly in the hallway, which echoed terribly. Unfortunately, my unit shared walls with theirs in both the living room and bedroom, so I could hear everything no matter where I was. I couldn’t even sleep. On top of that, they cooked heavily, and the smell lingered even midnight. I stayed in a renovated unit with new kitchen appliances, and I didn’t have any issues with bugs or maintenance. The only reason I moved out was the relentless noise.

  It nice apartment but the people are so rude like the manger he yell at me for no reason and I want him to get fire

  I've been here for almost 2, years now honestly I can't say I've had any real issues. From the beginning Avaija and her team have been amazing at explaining everything to me. Then when we fell on hard times Melony was able to point us in the direction of assistance. Matt has been great too! If I ever need anything or have questions I know I can walk in and he's normally there to answer. Communication could be a little faster (if I'm being honest) but at least you know when you get someone they will give you the right answer. The only pest problem I've had was wasps on my balcony last summer but who could've expected that?! Other than that everything has been great. It's close to everything and our neighbors are quiet so we don't really have any drama. Parking is cool I think once you've been here a while everybody just knows where they should park lol it's like unintentionally assigned parking over here lol.
