  I have nothing but praise for Fairclough. I’ve read the negative reviews here and my gut tells me they’re fake. There are 5s and 1s and nothing in between? Not credible. I had easy time switching tanks from Eastern in new house. Eastern and Yankee are rip offs. That’s number one but also I ran out of propane while I was away last winter in coldest week of year. I came home on a Sunday to a 35 degree house. They showed up 9 am Monday! It doesn’t get better than that. Everyone in the office or who comes here is very nice and professional.

  I just switched to fairclough. It was painless and worry free. They removed Amerigas tanks and hooked me right up. Fast service and very friendly. Made in the USA

  The technician showed up and removed the tank without even informing me, and the dispatcher called me after the fact to let me know that they no longer serviced cooking propane tanks and that I would need to find another vendor.

  Awful customer service. The employees must not communicate with each other, getting phone calls once a week asking for a card number which was provided at least 10 times. Cancel the service, they show up anyways and charge you. Make a change, it’s not done because the customer service employees aren’t making the notes. It’s been never ending issues for the last 2 years. Do not recommend.

  Horrible experience with this company. Terminated oil service without even giving a phone call to customer who has done business with them since 2016 at multiple properties. Very unprofessional and rude representatives in this company. Seek your service needs elsewhere.
