  Awesome food and service. Had the fish and chips which I highly recommended along with properly poured Guiness. My friend loved the Shepard's Pie. Will definitely return.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment we sat down, the bartender made it clear we were not worth her time. When we asked about the waters we ordered, her response was an eye-roll and the rude comment “I only have two hands.” She continued to serve others around us with a smile while blatantly ignoring us. On top of that, our food took nearly 45 minutes, cold by the time it arrived, and not once did anyone check in on us. This restaurant clearly has no standards for hospitality. Truly embarrassing for a place that claims to care about customers.

  Absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve had in years. The bartender Holly was flat-out rude — when we politely reminded her about our water, she snapped back with “I only have two hands.” Meanwhile, she was cheerful and attentive to everyone else. We were ignored, our food took 45 minutes to arrive, and the entire vibe was dismissive. Terrible service, terrible attitude. Never coming back.
