  Tried to give business to a local company. Explained in detail that sometimes our back bedrooms would not get heat and taking a shower was hit or miss with hot water. We either had all the hot water we needed or cold showers. A technician came out said our type of furnace didn’t need maintenance and it was working fine. Although annual maintenance was clearly marked on the furnace. He turned the water temperature up to 190° which the manual for our furnace says not to exceed 180°. Now when we did have hot water it was way too hot and I have grandchildren that I had to worry about getting burned. Had the tech performed simple maintenance of bleeding the system and changing out the tempering valve the problem would have been fixed. Instead a pressure valve blew and I have water damage to my half finished basement. I have to treat for mold and redo my basement. I had my son-in-law fix the issue. Thanks for the $160+ lesson.

  I used these guys for the first time today, to repair my furnace system. I spoke to Jim on the phone and could tell he was very knowledgeable. When David showed up he was very attentive, performed the needed services and even took the extra time to make sure it would perform as needed. He answered all my questions. And the price was great. I will absolutely be using these guys going forward. Thanks for the great work
