  Never would I recommend this company for any services at all. Fd concrete was hired by the city to re do all the side walks in our neighborhood they left pamphlets on our gates letting us know that they would be working on sidewalks and that if there were cars in the street if they could move them it also stated that if any irrigation lines were installed and they had to pull them out that they would replace everything to how it was. Now that the job is done on our street I still have no irrigation in my yard because of FD Concrete cut my lines out and now they have been giving us the run around it’s going on three weeks already and still nothing has been done. My wife finally spoke with Martha the so called “Manger” and she started to yell at my wife and started to say she didn’t care what was going on because there were more important people to deal with than us. This company is half a star if I would rate it cause the only thing they were good for was for making a mess the side walk already chipped of a six inch piece and it hasn’t even been a month. And as u can see in my picture on my gate they only put half of the grass and left the rest just dirt. The city of San Antonio needs to really look into who they hire as sub contractors because these are my tax dollars and they are being spent on worthless company’s. City‼️ watch how you give out those permits to start the jobs. Shut this company down!! An for Mathew an Martha writing their own reviews on here tell you a lot.

  People please read the reviews before hiring them to do work for you. We are residents and the City hired them to do our sidewalks and plant grass. This company did a HORRIBLE job. First of all they messed up our irrigation, then they forget to plant a whole side of grass. We get the supervisor who we find down the road doing the rest of the neighborhood his name is “Fernando” he says call this number FD Concrete. We called 3 weeks ago an it was a run around. Finally I spoke with Claudia she tells me that Mathew will be contacting you. 3/25/24 Mathew calls and says I’m the irrigation person I will be going a fixing your stuff. He said I need your gate open to have access I said I’ll be home In a few I can open my gate, I open my gate wait on him.. he calls me says ughhh today is my day off but I can go tomorrow 3/26/24 I will have your grass an fix irrigation I’ll be there at 9am. 9am passes an no call no type of communication. It’s 4pm I call the office speak to Claudia she says let me see I’ll call him. Calls me back says he had an emergency at another house an he just left 5 min ago he’s heading to your house. More than an hour passed we get a call from MARTHA the so called “general manager” she says he won’t make it today, I said I have waited more than 3 weeks she said your being rude, she starts going off on me, tells me do you want him to go yes or no? I don’t care about your comments I then say excuse me you don’t care? I tell her I’m recording her, which I do have a recording on how childish she sounded I wish I could download it on here.My husband grabbed the phone and tries to talk to her she starts yelling at him and hangs up on him. VERY PROFESSIONAL of you Martha!! We call her back she starts ignoring the calls. As a general manager she should know how to talk to people and give them their satisfaction. Makes their company look bad by acting childish. Well Martha we will be moving along further and reporting this company. Please be aware of this company‼️‼️‼️

  Absolutely recommend this company. Very professional and hard working crews. Showed up on time worked hard and cleaned up as if they were never here. Great company and great price!
