  Extra Miles Tools is officially my new go-to spot for name brand tools. They carry Milwaukee, DeWalt and more—usually up to 40% off retail, and sometimes you can score even extra discounts on top of that. They’ve got everything from brand new in box, new without packaging, and lightly used, all in great shape. Big shoutout to John for the awesome customer service. He was super patient, showed me around, pointed out all the best deals (especially on brand new items without boxes), and answered every question I threw at him. Also worth mentioning—the rewards program is legit. The more you buy, the more discounts you unlock, plus they even send birthday rewards.

  Store manager John went above and beyond. Very kind. I needed a U-Haul van and experienced an issue with the self-service app. John fixed the issue. When I returned, I had another issue with the app, and John went out of his way to fix that issue, too. The other employees were also friendly. The store was clean and nice. I'm a happy customer. Also, this particular U-Haul van had a back-up camera which helped me multiple times. Not all U-Haul vans have back-up cameras, so I'll rent from John again.
