The staff first told me that leaving my phone number and email would give me a $10 discount. As a foreign customer, I spent time entering my number, only to be told later that it didn’t apply because my purchase was a “final sale.” This felt misleading. When I paid $100 for a $27.03 purchase. And I later found$0.03. but they refused to accept my coins in the register. which was inconvenient and unprofessional. Such details left me with a very poor impression. I truly hope the store can improve its service.

We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
