    Terrible customer service and clothing quality. I bought a matching set, but the vest was damaged and I only noticed when I was going to use it. I went back to the store to exchange for another one but they were super rude and said I couldn’t exchange or return it.

    Products and prices were good, but I left angry and bleeding. The customer experience could be improved. I had a bunch of clothes in the fitting room that I had tried on. I planned on buying almost all of those items. Went out to grab another pair of pants and came back to find an employee had cleared everything out - undoing about 25 minutes of shopping. I was too frustrated to go looking for everything again, so just grabbed a couple things. Then I went to go find some chinos in my size. They have them in an enormous stack, I was bent over picking through the pile, then tried to hurry back to the fitting room so that nobody would empty it out again. Only I hit my head on one of their signs, which cut open my forehead. Now I’m bleeding and everyone’s giving me these weird looks, but nobody’s asking if I’m okay. I went in planning on buying like 7-10 items but just got the hell out of there with the two items that were in my hands. My advice to management: don’t put your sharp signs in places where they can easily be bumped into. Child-proof them if you have to. Make sure your employees are paying attention so they don’t waste the customer’s time and take away a bunch of clothes they were planning to buy. And maybe teach them to ask the customer if they are okay when they are bleeding from their head, instead of giving them nasty looks.

    The worst customer service. My mom went and asked the cashier a simple question to the cashier my mom walked away..two seconds later I heard her say “is she stupid” i confronted her because it was so rude of her. DO BETTER!! super rude, i felt bad because once we walked in we had a really nice worker greet us i just don’t understand the rudeness it was a simple question. I will be reporting her. Never would I expect that very disrespectful and disgusting. If I could put zero stars I would.
