- CPCB P4 days ago2.0Very disappointed in the Customer Service at the store. In the last two trips I’ve spent over $600 and not once has any team member offered to get me a different size or help in any way. When I check out they’re super nice but they’re just visiting with each other or on their phones and could be helping customers select items for purchase. Cute clothes and good prices, it would just be helpful for someone to help with sizing while you’re shopping. It would also be nice if the clothes were steamed and not so wrinkled all around the store.

The reason he said was it looks as if you wore it. Of’course I tried it on in the trial room!!! He was not even sharing the customer service number and mistreated me with shoving the receipt back along with the product. I don’t understand this! The product is brand new! I feel cheated and mistreated

What is the return policy at Express Factory Outlet?
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
