- HBH BlakeAug 24, 20253.0For an outlet store they should have better deals. Buy one full price get one 50% is not a good deal when the full price is already overpriced and you only want one. It comes out to 25% off 2, which is nothing compared to the 60, sometimes 75% off you see in other outlet stores. The items that actually had good deals were the ugliest ones, the ones I actually wanted were all basically full price which defeats the purpose of driving to an outlet mall.
- EAEric AAug 19, 20251.0Manager gave me a hard time when I tried to return some pants that I bought the day before. She wouldn’t take them back because it had a temporary chalk line from a tailor I went to, even if I was able to remove the chalk line. Removed it with soap and water with no problems, still wouldn’t take it. Took it to another store and they accepted the return with no problems. Better believe I’m not shopping at express anymore after this 😂
