We had been through a few different stores on our own and were struggling. She saw us at the slim section, came over and recommended an extra slim for him. From the moment I walked in the store, they were attentive, friendly and was genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. They both took the time to offer me different ideas on outfits for a Big Event I attended, which made shopping both fun and stress-free!! It's not often that you come across friendly associates who are that dedicated to ensuring every customer has a great experience. I sincerely hope their manager sees this review to applaud both Chassidy and Zee as they are truly a GREAT ASSET to the team. I will be coming back soon!!! Thanks again, Chassidy and Zee!!

I’ve been a fan of Express for a long time, but this time is the breaking point for me. Be careful if you buy something as a gift from here. You buy, present it, and if they don’t like it, you may want to come back and exchange it. I’m literally one day outside the 30-day return window and they will not let me exchange the item, even if I would just buy more clothes that same day. They don’t print the return policy or even mention it to you at the register anymore so it’s not made clear what the policy is. There are many successful brands that know how to take care of their loyal customers by having generous exchange policies. The fact that Express won’t even take back an item just 1 day after the 30 days just shows that the company couldn’t care less about brand loyalty.

All clothes are in proper spots, organized by sizes. The evening team is healpful and polite. When you walk in, you feel welcome. They do not stay on their phone. Instead they keep organizing shelfs and checking if customers need any help.

What is the return policy at Express Factory Outlet?
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
