- MBMelinda BoyerSep 11, 20251.0I go to the outlets once or twice a month and this time I came in on Friday to purchase some pants and the girl told me that there would be a discount on Monday if I wanted to take them to a store near me, which is in Sacramento. Being as though I find out that the stores near me are no longer open, they closed down, I went back to that store on Monday. The manager, yojaira, was on the phone with somebody who obviously put her in a bad mood. She was very rude to the person on the phone and then when she got to me she continued that crappy attitude! When I wanted to return the pants and then re-buy them for the discounted price that I was told I can get them for She gave me attitude and was very very rude, threw her hands up and said “fine just give it to her” to Mohammad, which was NOT involved in the rude behavior btw, and walked off into the back room! ABSOLUTELY worst customer experience I have ever had in any retail location. Will never go back as long as she is still employed!!

We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
