  As a past employee of this location, it's a shame to see the decline in this store. The employees lack professional skills, no customer service presence and they are too focused on talking to each other vs greeting and assisting guests in their store. With traffic down in this mall and a slowdown in sales for most stores, a strong focus needs to be on assisting anyone walking into your doors. Walking into a store that's empty of customers, with three associates present: - no one greeted me after seeing me. -when I started grabbing work clothing, no one offered to start a fitting room. -started my own fitting room and looking for assistance for sizing , no one checked in. -left the fitting room to grab sizes , asked the young lady for a size I couldn't find on the floor, just straight up attitude in her response as if I'm interrupting her visual task that she could easily return to. -fitting rooms were dirty and in disarray as well. Having so much product on the floor but it's not selling, and not much customers daily, you would think their focus would be on actually trying to sell to anyone walking in. Just no. If I didn't love what I tried on, and hadn't spent so much time in the store, I would've just gone to the full price store for a better experience. I did not write this lightly as I am in retail management in this mall and would be disheartened if my team acted in the same way knowing how stressful the retail environment is at the moment.

  Just experienced the most unprofessional workers today between 1:45 pm and 2:00 pm. Upon walking toward the dress section. I locked eyes with the African American female with red hair and African American male. They had the audacity to stay sitting down on the actual clothing display while I shopped. I gave a courtesy excuse me while I shopped implying get up so I can shop or at least ask welcome me ask me do I need some help, instead while I shopped the female was talking about getting her hair done and kept asking the male in a rhetorical question over and over about why he wasn’t talking all while laughing. The whole encounter with these two immature people needs to be addressed. They have no business in anyone’s business. I told them before leaving “both of you are being very unprofessional and you already know it”

  Rude! They refuse to open a fitting room, and says that they are closing in 5 minutes, what is wrong with Express!!!! You guys really need to pay attention to your employees customer service skills, this is the second incident during this month, the first was in Pentagon mall!!
