This was actually my second time visiting the store in the same day, and both times, my mom and I were completely ignored by the same male associate—he had visible tattoos on both arms. He didn’t greet us when we walked in, even though he made a point to greet other customers. When I went to check out, he rang me up without saying a single word of appreciation. No “thank you,” no “have a nice day”—just handed me my bag and said, “Here’s your bag.” It honestly felt like we weren’t valued as customers. I expected better service, especially from a well-known brand like Express. Customer service should be consistent and welcoming to everyone.

What is the return policy at Express Factory Outlet?
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
