A few good deals
I bought a pair of pants from this outlet store a couple weeks ago. After I took them home, I noticed that the sensor was still on them. After emailing, calling the store, and messaging on their website, they all told me the same thing - I have to return to the store to either remove the sensor or return the item. They gave me no other options even though I live nowhere near an outlet store. Very disappointed that I bought something I can’t even wear.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at Express truly deserves acknowledgment. I came in needing something very specific and important—two suits suitable for my role as a U.S. diplomat. From the moment I walked in, Cam Evans at the register and Ian (i didnt get his last name, he had dreadlocks) went above and beyond to ensure I not only found exactly what I needed, but that I walked away with confidence in how I would be presenting myself.
Both Cam and Ian displayed professionalism, patience, and an incredible eye for detail. They didn’t just point me in the right direction—they listened carefully, offered honest input, and worked tirelessly to make sure the fit, style, and look matched the level of professionalism my role requires. It wasn’t just customer service; it felt like having two personal stylists genuinely invested in helping me succeed.
What really impressed me was their dedication. They could have stopped once I found a good option, but instead, they went the extra mile—double-checking sizes, suggesting accessories, and making sure I had a complete look that fit both my needs and my personality. That level of effort is rare, and it made all the difference.
As someone who represents my country abroad, appearance matters and because of Cam and Ian’s guidance, I left with two perfect suits that I am proud to wear. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers set the standard for what service should look like.
Express leadership: Cam Evans and Ian deserve to be recognized and promoted. They don’t just sell clothes—they build customer loyalty, and they represent the brand at the highest level. I will absolutely be returning to this location, and it’s because of the dedication and service of these two outstanding employees.

We had a deeply disappointing and discriminatory experience at this store. We purchased an item on Saturday around 6 PM and returned it on Sunday around 6:30 PM due to fitting issues. Every single tag was still attached, and the item was unworn. However, the store manager"Diamond" refused to accept the return or even allow an exchange, claiming it had an "odor"—specifically referring to a "curry" or "Indian" smell. This comment was incredibly offensive and clearly discriminatory.
Despite the item being in perfect condition and within the return window, the manager refused to process anything and told us to call customer service. When we did, customer service informed us that only the store manager could resolve it. When we returned to the store, the manager ignored the ringing store phone even though she was right at the front counter. It was only after we began recording that she finally answered—only to whisper something into the phone and walk away, refusing to return our item or issue a refund.
This behavior was not only unprofessional and dishonest, but also clearly targeted. Based on our experience and other reviews, it seems this store has a pattern of racist behavior, particularly against Indian customers.The clothing is currently in the store and the store also still has our money.After the discrimination and trying to insult us as a manager, we are never going back to that store. They can continue scamming customers by not following store policy and falsely accusing customers of odor, they cant even describe odor to return/ exchange a item to a customer liking.  That’s the most absurd and flimsy excuse you could possibly give a customer.How many customers try on the same item in-store before someone actually buys it? Does Express dry clean every piece before putting it back on the rack for sale?
We are extremely disappointed .This kind of discrimination has no place in customer service or anywhere else.

We received an automated system message that they would like to talk to us or call a customer service number ,which is useless, stating we will open a claim,.Nobody ever resolved the issue , they still have the item in the store and still never provided a refund.
