    I came in to the Express Outlet at the NWA mall in Fayetteville to shop around and make a return. A sales associate, Elleana, was extremely helpful. My return was processed and refunded extremely quickly, and she happily picked up different sizes for me when trying on different items. Will definitely be back!

    Last time I was in, ask of the employees were talking to each other and eating food and the service wasn't near as good as usual.

    Unfortunately the store has decided a completely insane policy where they will not let you return items from their store with a receipt if you didn’t make the original purchase (even for store credit). These items were from their location when they were a factory outlet per the receipt so there was no reason for not accepting the items! So beware everyone who got Christmas gifts from there and will need a new size. Waste of a trip (especially with a newborn at the house and we have very little spare time), we will no longer purchase items from them or ask for their items for birthdays or Christmas’s

What is the return policy at Express Factory Outlet?

We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
