- LJLiliana JimenezDec 2, 20221.0I love Express store and I used to go to the one in Chula Vista Mall but it closed so I decided to go to this one yesterday and I had an horrible experience, the people working there do not know how to treat people, 0 customer service. I am pregnant and I was holding a bunch of clothes that I was going to buy and I asked one of the girls working there if they can hold the clothes in the Registry while finish selecting other items and she said noo, I can give you a bag, in my case I cannot carry heavy stuff and I was going to leave but I ended up buying the clothes just because I like the clothes and the other girl who charge me had a bad attitude she did not even say thank you. I don't know what's going on with all these employees, they need to be trained on how to treat people. I will never go back to this store.
