    Nice place to shop, they have good deals. Sometimes it is a hit or miss but the team is good, the store is clean, and they were kind to me & helped me refind the items when I got the wrong pile from the fitting rooms!

    I wish I remembered the person’s name who helped me but they were amazing. Got a really nice suit at 1/4 of the price I would anywhere else. Great quality.

    Love the selection they have and the prices are always really good. I hate that you can't return items purchased at the original express store since this is an outlet but overall I'm very pleased.

What is the return policy at Express Factory Outlet?

We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
