- HWHeather WirthAug 14, 20251.0Very disappointed in the store’s exchange/return policy. The sales person didn’t even approach me when I entered the store. I had to find her in the back folding clothes by the fitting rooms. She didn’t smile. I asked her if I could exchange the shirt I purchased about 2 weeks prior there. They still had some of the same pattern shirts in stock. My husband wore the shirt once. It wasn’t until I went to iron it that I noticed the stitch was off under the arm. Pictures included. The sales person told me (at about 1:00pm August 14, 2025) that they have a strict policy on exchanges if the clothing has been worn. I would understand that in any other situation but not if a very visible flaw was found. Look at the photos. Look at the material where the seam is supposed to be. You can obviously see the mistake. For how much you pay for men’s clothing there, they should honor their product. Shocked, I left. I won’t be returning there. My husband where’s suit shirts to work 5 days a week. I will be shopping elsewhere.

We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
