    So, there's some scam goes in here. They put label of Medium size labels on XL, 3XL size dresses and put it in presentation. So, anyone who directly purchase them without trial gonna loose epic. This appears to be a tactic to makes the sales of big size clothes when sales are not reaching the targets. End consumer to be at the affected with useless sizes purchased and time spent in travel and exchange hassles. When confronted, they say that they dont have control on it and they buyer has to trial every piece...so, YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST THE LABELS on the clothing

    Express, are you that desperate for employees you have to keep Chris the rude manager there ? Hardly shop there anymore now that she's the manager of the store. Walked in last Thursday a customer and her were arguing and yelling at the front counter it makes Express look really bad, You obviously can tell she does not like her job!!!

    Seriously concerned with the customer service at this location. They had a $20 marker on a section of polos and I picked out a couple. Upon checking out they came up full price. When I told them it says $20 he came over to look and then asked another employee (an older woman) why these shirts were in the $20 section and rang up full price. She then stated that it was only one row of them that was $20, so 2 shirts out of the dozen or so in that row. Super misleading as even the male employee thought they were in the $20 section. Total bait and switch. Additionally, both employees were rather rude about it. I will never return to this store full of rude employees and shady business practices. Train your employees better, and mark your sales correctly!

    I’m deeply disappointed and honestly quite upset with the customer service at this location. I bought a suit and, following the store’s return policy, came back well within the 30-day window to return it. But when I got there, the woman at the counter (I wish I had gotten her name) told me the suit had been worn and refused to take it back. That couldn’t be further from the truth. I had bought the suit, left the tags on, and hung it in my closet right after purchase. Then I had to leave the country for an urgent international trip. I never even had the chance to wear it. And yet, I was accused of lying — as if I was trying to cheat the system. It felt incredibly insulting and unfair. I stood there being told I was dishonest, over a suit I had carefully kept in perfect condition. Feeling helpless, I had no choice but to drive all the way to the Auburn store. Thankfully, they accepted the return without any problem, which just proved how unnecessary and unkind the treatment at the original store was. What made it worse was that phone support couldn’t even reach the store to help me — I was completely on my own. This experience really shook my trust in this location. I’ve never felt so dismissed and disrespected as a paying customer. I won’t be coming back here again. And honestly, if I had caught that employee’s name, I would have called her out — not out of spite, but because people deserve to know how customers are being treated. EDIT: to the response - what do you want me to reach out for ? Your customer service wasn't even able to make a phone call to the store and I had to bear the inconvenience of driving to the other part of the city just to make a legit return! C'mon Express please accept your mistake.
