    I shopped for my son at the Kildeer location and Tara was so helpful and friendly. The prices were great! I bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts and my son loved them all. Nice selection and great prices.

    It used to be one of my favorite brands, and I especially loved this store because of the service. Unfortunately, today I was shopping and didn’t realize that the items I was buying were final sale and couldn't be exchanged or returned. I picked the wrong size and went back to the store to exchange them for the correct one. When I got to the register, I was told I couldn't return or exchange them… This was incredibly frustrating, especially because the cashier who sold me the items the first time was the STORE MANAGER, and she failed to inform me about the conditions of these items. In fact, the woman who initially assisted me told me that if the size wasn’t right, I could come back and exchange it (which is exactly what I did). During my second visit, the manager “tried” to process the exchange, but according to the system, it wouldn’t allow it. As some sort of consolation, she told me all was not lost — that I could find someone to tailor the garment so I could wear it. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? The point of this comment is that customers must be informed about purchase conditions, regardless of the price of the item. In the end, the service went from great to terrible — and the worst part is that the person who made the mistake of not informing me was the manager herself.

We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
