    I was in need of a certain pair of shorts for an upcoming trip, and I was super glad that I encountered the associate Candice today. She was very helpful with my search from the type of the shorts to the color and size. Once I found what I needed, I was able to check out quickly and move on with my day. I don't often shop at Express, but my experience today has me open to another trip soon. I hope Express values Candice's professionalism and eagerness to help because I sure do.

    I’m a frequent customer at express on willowbrook, but I went today to Bergen mall for an exchange and the guy who was there at the cashier was so rude, he couldn’t explain nicely that they don’t do it there, can say I don’t recommend this store, ugly services

We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange.
