I went in for a return, following the exact instructions as mentioned on the Email and return receipt, she denied taking my return. Upon showing her the instructions on the express Email she rudely said "She does not care what it says on the Email". She even rudely yelled at me "I don't care if you ever come back or not". Not sure how express trains their staff to be this rude and not follow and agree to the instructions mentioned on the email. I am never shopping express again. Rude and disrespect staff.
- LLLorettaJan 31, 20181.0My husband was looking for the rest of the jackets in the store. When he went to ask the employee he said there over here but they cost around 300 or more. Though my husband already said he knew the pricing the employee had the nerve to ask him can he afford that. My husband has been shopping here for years and has never had a problem like this before.
