Never make an in-store purchase! The in-store experience at Express in Short Hills is...well, let's just say it's an experience. Shopping online is way easier. Just use the store as a dressing room and buy everything online. The staff is only helpful for taking clothes to and from the dressing room. And don't even get me started on the in-store promotions. They're never as good as the online ones, even for the same items at the same time. Basically, save yourself the hassle and just shop online & pickup in store if you simply must try it on.

I am a frequent shopper at Express specifically Express short Hills. It is so close to my house and very convenient. I go there at least once a week for clothes for Work and casual wear, every time I come in I’m greeted and asked if I needed any help. Jay at checkout is always super helpful. He’s funny and kind and even gives me suggestions for different items. I’m so pleased with this location. I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

are always so inviting when i shop at this location. From the moment you enter the store within 20 seconds you are greeted and informed of promotions in store ( if any )…. Working in retail

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Express store in Short Hills Mall. I placed an online order for pickup, but when I arrived, some items were missing. I promptly contacted the store to report the issue and spoke with the manager, Lili. She informed me that I would have to wait 48 hours for the system to process a return.
After the wait, I reached out to customer service and spoke to Mario, the supervisor. He contacted the store and spoke with Lili, who insisted that I had picked up all my items, which was not accurate. Frustrated, I called the store again and asked to speak with a manager. When I inquired about her name, the manager refused to provide it. I then requested to speak with Lili again.
During that conversation, Lili repeated that I had received all my items. However, when I asked her to check for a second bag, she eventually found it lying around the store. This was incredibly frustrating, as they had claimed all my items were given to me from the start. The lack of professionalism in handling this situation was disappointing, and it left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
