Authorities at the mall should be aware of this store’s demeanor and the behavior of the manger and general manger at this express store. This is our fifth time at this store and while the faces may have changed the behavior remains the same. If you don’t believe me go and chech it out for yourself. I am at the store right now and there are two people who are rude floating all over us literally inch by inch. For any one who is looking for a positive and safe shopping experience avoid this place. The energy in the store feels like a prison camp. It will suck all of your vibes and cripple your week and weekend. Are the express corporate store officials aware of what is going on here? Or are they promoting such behavior? This the worst place n entire mall. Avoid it by all means.

- MFMus FaiJun 7, 20251.0I had a really bad experience. The guy (African American) at the store wouldn’t let us touch any clothes and kept following us with angry eyes, as if he wanted to attack us. When we told him we could help ourselves, he kept insisting, “What size do you want?” With bad tone. We didn’t feel comfortable shopping today. I’ll never come back to this store. And the employees kissing each other too 😂, what a professional environment!
- SWS WMay 16, 20251.0While I found what I was looking for and was excited to try it on, the customer service at this location was disappointing. I had to walk around the cashier area to get help to open the fitting room. There were three people behind the cashier area, primarily focused on their phones and computers, and only one employee at the other register, who had a long line of customers waiting. The others didn’t bother to help. The employee at the register acknowledged me and said he would be with me shortly, but the others continued to stand idle. After waiting for 15 minutes without any assistance, I decided to leave without making a purchase. I am very disappointed in the employees and will be surprised if that nice employee remains employed. I wish I had taken a pic!
