They also don’t tell u AT ALL that u can’t return an item once the tag is off. What kind of store has that policy?? Especially considering ur tags are made of the same cheap ass plastic they use at 5 below. Either make the tag more secure like a bobby pin type or change ur policy u weirdos

Beyond irritating and unprofessional.

She’s never willing to help with an exchange or return. I’ve had the same issue with her 3 times. I can only imagine how many other customers have as well. I’ll stick to online shopping just to avoid her.
