- TCThera ColbertSep 28, 20181.0I walked in last night & was not greeted or even acknowledged. Tried on a pair of bbn pants with a faulty censor so it stabbed me in my foot as I put the pants on. The man working the register said "oh my gosh, sorry". Didn't offer me a bandage, ask if I was ok or anything so I bought a pair of pants & bled in my uggs until I got home. HORRBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
How long does it take Express clothing to ship?
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
What is the return policy at Express?
Express will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our U.S. stores and online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. Third party branded products purchased online cannot be returned in stores.
