- AAAstridNov 25, 20231.0We came to shop and when my family and I were ready to try things on we were told “We close the fittings rooms an hour before closing”. We got to the store at 8pm, and could not try anything on. To the management, this is very inconvenient for anybody trying to shop at this store. Also the fact that everything is out on the floor and we are not offered better customer service speaks volumes.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
