- WAWaheed AshrafAug 24, 20251.0I wish I could give less than one review. Terrible staff with a lot of attitude. I bought a suit for my husband which he didn’t like and I ended up returning it. One of its tag fell off and she refuses to take the suit back. She said I can’t take this return I have to see the manager and when I asked her when will manager be here she said I can’t give you that information. I ended up calling customer service, they talk to her and she said “quality is compromised”. Customer service said since it was a store purchase it has to be return at store and I can try another express store. I went to the smith haven mall express shop and they didn’t even question it and took it back. Staff was not helpful and even by asking gently everything she was at the edge and ready to argue for no reason. Bad attitude

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
