- BFBrittany FordOct 12, 20251.0If you need a pick up order in a timely fashion do not order from this location. I placed an order at 1:13pm on a Saturday and called at 7pm to inquire about when the order would be ready since I was going to be in the area. I was told they only do pick up orders in the morning, so I wouldn’t get a notification about my order until the following day. So much for getting the items same day when ordering by 3pm.

I got a email that I had $10 express cash to use and go into store. I went in the same day as email and the manager told me no the company sends those but you don’t have any. I called customer service and he said oh unfortunately you don’t have $10 express cash. I said I got a email this morning, why did you send a email? He said he wasn’t sure. The manager or associate wouldn’t honor it so I left. They are so clueless and rude! Do not give them your business!
