I went in to the store to inquire and they disregarded my concerns and told me to just call the online customer service number. They need to do better.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
