The root of this issue is corporate greed. It doesn’t make sense a suit jacket that costs over $300 does not even last two events. The manager refused to help, which is extremely unfortunate given the brand’s desire to be seen as somewhat premium while selling low quality products made in sweatshops.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
