- FHFaith HaywardMar 23, 20241.0I usually really enjoy shopping at Express but a couple weeks ago i purchased a few blouses to find that one of the security tags had not been removed. I returned to the store today to get the tag removed and was treated like a shoplifter. I undestand the optics of the situation so i was ready with my receipt. However, the employee grabbed the receipt from me to confirm the purchase, removed the tag, and handed me the shirt without even looking at me. I was inconvenienced by even having to return to the store only to be met with unnecessary rudeness. And the store wasn't even busy so I'd hate to experience their "customer service" during peak hours.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
