I drove a half hour to get there for an exchange. I called inside and she said oh well. I can see how ppl choose violence (jk). Mind you I counted 3 associates inside. How many does it take for an exchange or refund? But they will stay and milk the clock. I hate it here!!!

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
What is the return policy at Express?
