- LKLeena KirtAug 12, 20251.0I recently placed an order for 4 items that I was so looking forward to wearing on my beach vacation last week. Since a few of the items were on major clearance, I didn’t mind paying for expedited shipping to make sure they arrived in time. Unfortunately, a Striped Linen Halter that I ordered was missing from the package when it was delivered. I ordered 4 items total and only the 3 other items that I ordered were included. Customer support refused to replace the item or refund me for this item and told me to submit a claim with the carrier (which I did and was denied because I’m not the shipper) or dispute the charge with my payment provider, which is the Express Credit Card. I am so disappointed in the service I’ve received, especially being a loyal, long time customer of Express for 20+ years.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
