- VAV AMay 9, 20251.0Love shopping here online but the customer service in the store is beyond awful. I visited to do an exchange and walked in past a man who did everything in his power to avoid eye contact and did not greet me. I walked around looking for the pants I wanted and he continued to avoid me in the store until I finally bumped into him close to the register where he looked me dead in the eyes and said nothing. I asked for a fitting room and then decided I would rather shop online than give him any credit for making a sale in store today. I proceeded with my return and left. The young woman who worked there did not say anything as I departed. I will make it a point to only do returns here no matter how good the sale is.
