The staff in the store are always willing to help when selecting different apparel which is nice for a guy like me that usually doesn't fair well when it comes to fashion. The prices are high but from the service and products I have obtained from this store it seems like they are justified. They even offer to steam the dress shirts if they aren't too terribly busy. The steam service is free. They did use an odd rolling checkout counter on me the last time I was in. I guess they are using this new system to try and cut down the checkout wait time.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
How long does it take Express clothing to ship?
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
What is the return policy at Express?
Express will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our U.S. stores and online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. Third party branded products purchased online cannot be returned in stores.
