- KGKathryn GreggOct 25, 20251.0Don’t trust their promo signs or employees - we came in looking for a suit for my husband. Found one rack with a sign marked “suits $150.” I asked an associate for clarification on which suits were included in the promo and they said just that one rack. My husband tries it on, likes it, goes to check out and is told the promo is no longer happening. It was yesterday only. Called customer service and “they’re no process they can follow on their end” to honor their signage. Now the suit is over $400. Seems pretty ridiculous they can’t do a price adjustment to honor both their signage and their word.

While I've had success in the outlet store, the actual retail stores in the mall don't necessarily carry the collection I see online. Moreover the weird distinction is annoying since you can return outlet bought items on retail stores and online+retail items at outlets.
